Ok, needless to say, I've neglected our poor blog this year :( Dina and I have just been so busy with other endeavors since the beginning of the year, that finding the time to blog has been difficult! But I will make the time now! Here's to a fresh start for 2010 blogging......
I've had these images prepped for a blogpost for a long long time, but i'm finally actually posting. The Martell wedding was a blast and we decided to try out our new set-up for a "party-booth"....as you'll see in the pics, everyone had a great time and these party-booth pics are a great way to have cool, fun, quirky images of your guests on your special occasion! Well, a couple of weeks ago, her make-up artist, Robyn, called and asked if I'd be interested in working together and helping her build a portfolio. Her current portfolio is outdated and she felt it was time to put together a new & improved book. I thought it would work out great for her and for us, so we decided to get working on it right away.
Our first model....Dina :)
Oh, just as a side-note, all these images have minimal re-touching, if any at all. In other words, I might have increased the brightness, contrast or density just a bit, but I hardly did any photoshop work to the images. This means that, either Dina has beautiful skin (yes she does) and/or Robyn is a very talented, amazing, skilled make-up artist. I think it's both!
If you need a make-up/hair girl, Robyn is who you need to call. We highly recommend her. She doesn't have a blog (yet), but here is her cell # 951.255.7055.
